Remuneration for training and performance activities of mobile propaganda actors in Vietnam from December 16, 2024

Remuneration for training and performance activities of actors, participants in competitions, festivals, exchanges, conferences, performances, re-enactments, and experiments is as follows:

- Remuneration for training new programs: The fee for a training session of a new program is 75,000 VND/person/session/4 hours. If the session does not last 4 hours, the remuneration for a training session of a new program is 60,000 VND/person/session. The maximum number of training sessions for a new program is 10 sessions.

- Remuneration level in mobile performance programs:

+ The remuneration for a mobile performance session for a leading role is 100,000 VND/person. The number of mobile performance actors playing leading roles is determined by the Director of the Culture Center, Information and Exhibition Center, or the Culture-Sports Center at the provincial or district level.

+ The remuneration for a mobile performance session for other roles is 80,000 VND/person.

Additionally, the expenses for organizing competitions serving the work of information, propaganda, dissemination; organizing festivals, exchanges, conferences, performances, re-enactments, experiments serving the professional activities of projects, sub-projects, and component contents are also clearly stipulated as follows:

- Expenses for communication, information, and propaganda on public media are implemented according to the provisions of the law on bidding;

- Expenses for hiring program hosts; compiling exam questions, answers, remunerations for the jury, organizing committees; prizes for individuals, collectives; hiring artists and actors; support for meals and accommodation for members of the organizing committee, members of the art council, contestants; artisans, actors: Apply according to the provisions in Circular 56/2023/TT-BTC; Circular 40/2017/TT-BTC; Circular 09/2016/TT-BVHTTDL.
