Remove all social distancing regulations on passenger transport vehicles

This is notable content in Official Dispatch 4306/BGTVT-CYT from the Ministry of Transport regarding the guidance on implementing Covid-19 prevention measures on passenger transport vehicles in the new situation.

To be specific, in order to resolve difficulties and restore the production and business activities of transport enterprises, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) requires the complete removal of all regulations on passenger distancing in passenger transport vehicles (buses, taxis, passenger cars, trains, airplanes, ships, etc.) from 00:00 on May 7, 2020.

At the same time, continue to strictly implement measures to ensure the prevention and control of COVID-19:

- Wearing masks properly in public areas (stations, ports, bus stations, etc.) and on passenger transport vehicles throughout the journey;- Conducting medical declarations;- Washing hands regularly with soap or hand sanitizer (containing at least 60% alcohol);- Checking body temperature;- Limiting communication and eating on passenger transport vehicles;- Disinfecting surfaces on passenger transport vehicles before and immediately after a journey.
