Regulations on unexpected commendation in the People's Court of Vietnam

On June 21, 2021, the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam issued Decision 170/QD-TANDTC-TDKT stipulating the Regulation on unexpected commendation in the People's Court .

According to this Decision, unexpected commendation is the reward for collectives and individuals that have made extraordinary, outstanding achievements in their work in Vietnam.

Specifically, unexpected achievements in the work of the People's Court of Vietnam are:

- The achievements made by the collective or individual for each specific case or task, in addition to the plan to perform the normal work tasks assigned by the collective or individual, or as outstanding typical achievements, excel in the implementation of work plans or emulation movements according to batches or topics of agencies and units in Vietnam;

- To show creativity, high responsibility, overcome all difficulties, and bring high efficiency in work;

- Typical achievements in agencies, units, localities, emulation clusters, or in the People's Court system of Vietnam.

- To be recognized and praised by the heads of agencies and units in Vietnam

- To be recognized and appreciated by the collective at work or at all levels of leadership and public opinion;

- To create prestige and great influence in agencies, units, localities, or in the whole People's Court system of Vietnam.
