Regulations on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vietnam

In particular, transitional regulations on the organizational structure of a number of units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Vietnam are as follows:

- The Emulation and Commendation Department continues to perform its functions, tasks, and powers according to current regulations until:

The Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism regulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Personnel and Organization.

- The General Department of Tourism and the General Department of Sports continue to perform their functions, tasks, and powers according to current regulations until:

The Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism regulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and the Department of Physical Training and Sports.

- Public service units under the General Department of Tourism and the General Department of Sports and Physical Training continue to perform functions, tasks, and powers according to current regulations until:

The Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism arranged and reorganized a public service unit under the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and the Department of Physical Training and Sports.

In addition, the organizational structure in Decree 01/2023/ND-CP also no longer has regulations for the Emulation and Commendation Department.

Decree 01/2023/ND-CP takes effect on February 20, 2023, replacing Decree 79/2017/ND-CP.
