Circular 16/2018/TT-BGTVT regulating the management and maintenance of National Railway projects has been issued by the Ministry of Transport on April 4, 2018.

In case of sudden repairs due to natural disasters or floods, follow the regulations of the Ministry of Transport regarding the prevention, response, and remediation of flood and storm damages in railway operations. If due to other causes, the Ministry of Transport authorizes the Railway Bureau to approve.

Circular 16/2018/TT-BGTVT takes effect from July 1, 2018.
