Regulations on storage of records of assessment and rating of the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in Vietnam

According to Decree 48/2023/ND-CP, quality assessment and rating e-documents in Vietnam include:

(1) Minutes of the meeting to comment on and evaluate.

(2) Assessment sheet, quality rating of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

(3) Comments of the committee of the place of work (if any).

(4) Concluding and notifying in writing the results of the evaluation and quality classification of cadres, civil servants, and public employees of competent authorities.

(5) Dossiers on settlement of recommendations on the results of assessment and classification of the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees (if any).

(6) Other relevant documents (if any).

In addition to being kept in electronic form, documents specified in Clauses (2), (4) are also kept in writing in the records of officials, public servants, and public employees.

(Currently, in Article 22 of Decree 90/2020/ND-CP, there are provisions:

The results of quality assessment and classification shall be presented in writing and kept in the records of officials, public servants, and public employees, including:

- Minutes of the meeting to comment on and evaluate.

- The form of assessment and classification of the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees;

- Comments of the party committee at work (if any);

- Concluding and notifying in writing the results of assessment and classification of the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees of competent authorities;

- Dossier on settlement of recommendations on the results of evaluation and classification of the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees (if any).

- Other relevant documents (if any).

Decree 48/2023/ND-CP takes effect as of September 15, 2023.
