The review report on the direction and administration of the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of Vietnam is stipulated as follows:

+ Assessments the implementation results of projects assigned in the Work Program of the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of Vietnam, the Work Program of the Politburo, and the Secretariat (if any); results of tasks assigned by the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of Vietnam to ministries, agencies, and localities;

+ Assessments on the direction and administration of the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of Vietnam.

- Reporting frequency: Every 6 months and annually;

- Deadline for finalizing report data: As specified in the Working Regulations of the Government of Vietnam;

- Reporting entities: Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and Provincial People's Committees;

- Report outline templates and data forms: as specified in Appendix I attached to Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP.
