According to Vietnam's Circular 61/2022/TT-BTC, the regulations on the expenses for organizing the implementation of compensation, support, resettlement, and coercive counting and coercive land recovery has the following additional points:
Expenses for salaries, salary contributions, and salary allowances according to the regime prescribed by the organization in charge of compensation related to coercive counting and coercive land recovery according to the financial mechanism applicable to that organization
Expenses for salary and salary-based contributions are determined in accordance with current regulations.
In addition, the content of spending on organizing the implementation of coercive counting and enforcement of land recovery remains the same. For example,
- Expenses for informing, propagating, and mobilizing subjects to implement decisions on enforcement of inventory and coercive land recovery.
- Expenses for the purchase of raw materials, fuel, rental of means and equipment for protective, medical, and explosion prevention, and other necessary equipment and means in service of the enforcement of tally and coercive recall. soil.
- Expenses for organizing the implementation of decisions on coercive counting and enforcement of land recovery.
