Regulations on coordination work to guide the task of protecting enterprises in Vietnam

Minister of Public Security issued Circular 67/2022/TT-BCA dated December 30, 2022 amending Circular 46/2014/TT-BCA guiding Decree 06/2013/ND-CP on protection of agencies and enterprises.

Specifically, the coordination between the police agency and agencies and enterprises in guiding, managing and inspecting the performance of protection tasks in Vietnam, includes:

- Assist agencies and businesses in developing and implementing programs, plans, internal rules, and regulations for agency and business protection.

- Guide security work at agencies and enterprises during holidays, Tet, major political events or at the request of agencies and businesses in Vietnam.

- Direct the prevention, detection, and resolution of security and order-related incidents at agencies and businesses.

- Direct and coordinate the management and inspection of security guards' performance of security duties in accordance with security guard regulations.

The management and use of support tools and means of equipment for the security forces.

- Guide the building and strengthening of force to protect agencies and enterprises as the core in the all-people movement to protect national security, and to protect security and order at agencies and enterprises.

* The police agencies with coordination competence include: Department of Economic Security, Department of Internal Political Security, Public Security of provinces and centrally run cities in Vietnam.
