Regulations on coordination in implementing policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for the period 2023-2028 in Vietnam

Coordination Regulation 2339/QCPH-TLD-BHXH dated July 31, 2023 stipulates the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Vietnam Social Insurance including the following contents:

- Coordinate in research, summarize practice, propose, and recommend the development, amendment, and supplementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate in information and communication of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate in directing and organizing the implementation of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance regimes and policies, protecting the rights and interests of workers;

- Coordinate in inspection and supervision of the implementation of legal regulations on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate in specialized inspection of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance contributions;

- Coordinate in resolving complaints, denunciations, and handling applications and letters about social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate in initiating lawsuits against violations of the law on social insurance;

- Coordinate in reporting, exchanging information, and content to serve management work;

- Coordinate in training, professional development, and scientific research on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate international cooperation in the fields of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance;

- Coordinate in exchanging information about units participating in social insurance and newly established trade union units.

Principles for coordinating the implementation of policies on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for the period 2023–2028 in Vietnam

- Implement and comply with the Party's guidelines and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the functions, tasks, powers, and responsibilities of each party (according to authority).

- Ensure that coordination activities are carried out promptly, synchronously, consistently, and effectively in the direction and administration of the General Confederation's leaders and in the direction of implementation by the leaders of Vietnam Social Security.

- Regularly provide and exchange information on the construction and implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance and plans to resolve difficulties and problems arising in the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
