Regulation on recruitment of civil servants of the People's Procuracy of Vietnam (Newest)

According to the Decision, applicants for civil servant must satisfy the following criteria and conditions at the time of registration, in addition to the conditions specified in the Law on Officials and Public Employees of Vietnam:

- Do not violate regulations on internal political protection of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field of study.

In case the position to be filled does not require a university degree or is difficult in terms of recruitment sources in the area or other specialized position, the recruitment unit shall report to the Supreme People's Procuracy for consideration and decision.

- Being healthy enough to work according to the conclusion of the competent health agency; not be deformed, deformed or disabled; male height from 1.60m, weight from 50kg or more; female height from 1.55m, weight from 45kg or more.

Regulations on height and weight do not apply to those recruited by other professional civil servants.

- Age: Not more than 35 years old for men and not more than 30 years old for women;

In case officials move from other branches, the age is not more than 50 years old for men and 45 years old for women and must ensure that until reaching retirement age, they must have had enough years of paying compulsory social insurance premiums. required by regulations.

Decision 401/QD-VKSTC of Vietnam takes effect from November 17, 2021 and replaces Decision 587/QD-VKSTC dated November 29, 2019.
