On October 25, 2021, the Central Committee of Vietnam promulgated Regulation 37-QD/TW on what party members cannot do.
According to the Regulation, adding a number of things party members must not do such as:
- Opposing, denying and distorting Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought;
- Failure to fulfill the responsibility of setting an example;
- Individualism, opportunism, self-interest;
- "Temporary thinking", unity in the direction, formal democracy, see right not defend, see wrong do not fight;
- Authoritarian, autocratic, bureaucratic, far from the masses.
- Using fake or illegal diplomas, certificates and certificates;
- Importing nationality, transferring money and assets abroad, opening accounts and buying and selling assets abroad illegally.
- Interfering with and influencing activities of inspection, supervision, inspection, audit, investigation, prosecution, trial, judgment enforcement, special amnesty, settlement of complaints and denunciations to cover and continue hand for violations of the Party's regulations and the State's laws.
- To influence, coerce and bribe organizations and individuals to reduce liability and punishment for others.
