This is the amended content in Circular 05/2017/TT-BYT on Regulations of Maximum Prices and Service Costs for Determining the Price of a Unit of Whole Blood and Standard Blood Products.

from June 1, 2017:

- Reducing on-site meal costs for blood donors: From 35,000 VND to 30,000 VND per person per blood donation session.- Increasing travel cost support for voluntary blood donors: From 45,000 VND to 50,000 VND per person per blood donation session;- Adding costs for salaries, allowances, and contributions for officials and public employees, workers in public health facilities; specific allowance costs according to Decision 73/2011/QD-TTg.- Maintaining support costs for units and facilities that promote and organize voluntary blood donation days; direct compensation for professional blood donors and voluntary blood donors;…

Additionally, the maximum price of certain units of whole blood and blood products has also been adjusted upwards.
