The Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular 54/2020/TT-BTC stipulating the fees for verifying documents and materials upon the request of domestic organizations and individuals, and the licensing fees for operating permits for sending laborers to work abroad for a fixed term.

from June 12, 2020 until December 31, 2020, the fee levels specified in Article 4 of Circular 259/2016/TT-BTC are reduced as follows:

- Fee for the issuance of operation licenses for sending workers abroad for a definite term:- New issuance: 2,500,000 VND/time; (50% of the fee specified in Circular 259)- Renewal, re-issuance: 1,250,000 VND/time. (50% of the fee specified in Circular 259)- Fee for verifying documents, materials as requested by foreign organizations or individuals receiving Vietnamese workers: 50,000 VND/dossier. (50% of the fee specified in Circular 259)

Note: From January 1, 2021 onwards, the fees and charges mentioned above will be implemented in accordance with the regulations set forth in Circular 259/2016/TT-BTC.
