On October 24, 2017, the Ministry of Finance promulgated Circular 114/2017/TT-BTC amending and supplementing the Fee Schedule in the field of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics issued together with Circular 277/2016/TT-BTC.
From December 11, 2017, the fee for appraising and confirming the content of information, drug advertisements, and cosmetics will be reduced to VND 1,600,000 per application (instead of the current fee of VND 1,800,000 as per the existing regulations).
Additionally, the appraisal fees specified at Point 4, Part I, and Point 12, Part II of the Schedule of Fees in the field of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics issued alongside Circular 277/2016/TT-BTC will be abolished. To be specific:
- The appraisal fee for issuing import licenses for medicinal materials and traditional medicine ingredients;- The appraisal fee for application documents for drug promoters' ID cards.
