Recognized Aviation Training Certificates in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BGTVT regulating aviation personnel; training, coaching, and testing of aviation personnel.

List of professional certificates in aviation training recognized in Vietnam includes:

- Certificate of completion of initial aviation training program from a training institution licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam according to the sample in Appendix 01 attached to Circular 10;- Certification from a training institution recognized by ICAO, IATA; foreign training institutions recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;- Certification for operating and managing aviation-related vehicles and equipment from the manufacturing institution;- Diploma, certificate of completion of basic aviation training program from training institutions in Vietnam in accordance with the law on higher education and vocational education.
