Raising the cost standards for making detailed plan of rural residential areas in Vietnam

This is a content mentioned in Circular No. 05/2017/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam on guidelines for determination and management of costs associated with construction planning and urban planning. According to this Circular:

From June 01, 2017, the cost standards (VND million/ha) for making detailed plan of rural residential areas is raised from 0.24 to 0.7 VND million/ha according to each area as follows:

- ≤10 ha: 12.40 VND million/ha (current cost standard is 11.7);

- 20 ha: 9.22 VND million/ha (current cost standard is 8.7);

- 30 ha: 7.63 million/ha (current cost standard is 7.2);

- 50 ha: 6.25 million/ha (current cost standard is 5.9);

- 100 ha: 4.24 million/ha (current cost standard is 4.0).
