Promulgation of new template of Inspector Card in Vietnam from June 15, 2024

The Government Inspectorate of Vietnam issues the new Inspector Card template as follows:

(1) Inspector Card is rectangular, 60 mm wide and 90 mm long. The content on the Inspector Card is presented in the Vietnamese character set Unicode font according to Vietnamese standard TCVN 6909:2001.

(2) The Inspector Card consists of two sides:

- Front side (Figure 1): Background color is red, capital letters in yellow, including 02 lines:

+ The upper line shows the National Emblem, bold font, font size 10.

+ The lower line shows “INSPECTOR CARD,” bold font, font size 16.

+ Between the two lines is the National Emblem, 24 mm in diameter.

- Back side (Figure 2): Background with bright pink patterns forming radiating beams from the center around; in the middle is the Inspectorate symbol, printed in watermark, 20 mm in diameter; the upper left corner prints the Inspectorate symbol 14 mm in diameter; from the upper left corner (10 mm away) to the lower right corner is a red diagonal line 06 mm wide.

Content on the back side includes:

+ National Emblem: capital letters, bold, font size 8.

+ Slogan: lowercase letters, bold, font size 8, underlined.

+ Inspector Card: bold red capital letters, font size 12.

+ Inspector Card Number: showing Inspector rank code, lowercase letters, bold, font size 10.

+ Full name: displaying full name of the Inspector issued the Inspector Card, lowercase letters, bold, font size 10.

+ Rank: indicating the rank of the Inspector of the person issued with the card, lowercase letters, bold, font size 10.

+ Agency: showing the name of the inspectorate agency, lowercase letters, bold, font size 10.

+ Date of issuance of the Inspector Card, italic font, font size 10.

+ Portrait photo of the person issued the Inspector Card wearing the Inspector outfit, size 20mm x 30mm, stamped 1/4 embossed seal on the bottom right corner of the photo.

+ Title of the person authorized to sign and issue the Inspector Card, capital letters, bold, font size 8.

+ Signature and full name of the person authorized to sign the Inspector Card.

+ Seal of the state authority issuing the card (21 mm in diameter).

+ Expiry date, lowercase letters, font size 10; the line below shows the expiration date in bold, lowercase, font size 10.

(3) The Inspector Card is made of laminated paper with a protective plastic coating, with 1/4 red round seal including the abbreviation of the issuing agency (e.g., Ministry of Finance abbreviated as MOF) repeated continuously, at the bottom left corner of the back of the Inspector Card.
