Promulgating a set of the statistical targets on the situation of child abuse in Vietnam

On September 30, 2021, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam promulgated Circular 13/2021/TT-BLDTBXH on the set of statistical targets on the situation of children and child abuse, solving of administrative violations against acts of child abuse.

This set of targets is a system of statistical targets of ministries and branches related to many branches and fields to collect statistics on children, in order to monitor and evaluate the implementation of children's rights and the situation of child abuse, handling of administrative violations of child abuse acts to meet the demand for statistical information on children and serve as a basis for the state management agency in charge of children to check, assessment of implementation and policy making in the children's sector.

Specifically, the set of indicators includes:

- A list of statistical targets on the situation of children;

- A list of statistical targets on the situation of child abuse, handling of administrative violations for acts of child abuse;

- Content of statistical targets on the situation of children;

- Content of statistical targets on the situation of child abuse, handling of administrative violations for acts of child abuse.
