Promulgating 14 Templates for Lists, Books, and Minutes Serving Consular Tasks

On February 14, 2020, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued Circular 02/2020/TT-BNG providing guidance on the organization of consular affairs.

Issued together with this Circular are 14 templates for lists, registers, minutes, and reports serving consular work, as follows:
