On July 10, 2018, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 58/2018/TT-BTC stipulating the templates for providing information on projects guaranteed by the Government of Vietnam.

To be specific:

- Appendix on information and reporting during the disbursement process: Appendix 1;- Appendix on periodic information and reporting: Appendix 2, 4, 6, 7;- Appendix on other information and reporting: Appendix 3, 5, 8, 9, 10;- Appendix on information and reporting during bond issuance: Appendix 11, 12;- Appendix on periodic reporting for bonds guaranteed by the Government of Vietnam: Appendix 13.

In addition, for credit institutions that have been guaranteed foreign loans before the circular takes effect and the Guarantee Letter is still valid, they are responsible for periodic or ad-hoc reporting on the situation of the foreign loan guaranteed by the Government of Vietnam according to the forms in Appendix 4, Form 4a, Appendix 5, 7, 8, 9 when related transactions arise.
