This is the noteworthy content stipulated in Regulation 205-QD/TW regarding the control of power in personnel work and the prevention of position- and power-seeking behaviors.
Regulation 205 strictly prohibits members of the Party Committee, party organizations, collective leadership of localities, agencies, and units from performing the following acts:
- Providing or disclosing information, documents, and records of officials and party members to unauthorized and irresponsible organizations and individuals;- Incorporating personal intentions, setting forth criteria, standards, conditions, comments, and evaluations that are authoritative, untrue to the essence, and false for personal gain or to benefit personnel during the advisory process;- Allowing others, especially spouses, parents, biological children, adopted children, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, and siblings, to exploit their position, authority, and reputation to manipulate and interfere in personnel work;- Meeting, contacting, or discussing with personnel in violation of regulations during the performance of personnel work;- Acts specified in Article 10 and Article 11 of Regulation 205-QD/TW.
