Procedure for the Evaluation of Leadership and Management Personnel at All Levels

This is the procedure outlined in Regulation 89-QD/TW of 2017 on the Framework of Standards for Titles, and the Orientation of Criteria Framework for Evaluating Leadership and Management Personnel at All Levels.

The process of assessing officials is carried out in the following 3 steps:

- Step 1: Self-assessment and self-rating by the official- Step 2: Review and assessment of the official- Step 3: Consideration, decision on assessment and classification of the official

After the assessment process, there are 4 rating levels as follows:

- Exceptionally completed tasks: Having 4 years within the term being rated as exceptionally completed tasks.- Good performance of tasks: Having at least 3 years being rated as good performance of tasks and no year classified as not completing tasks.- Completed tasks: Having at least 3 years of completed tasks.- Not completed tasks: Having at least 2 years of not completed tasks.
