Procedure for Issuance of Real Estate Brokerage Certificate Without Photocopy Certification of ID Card

This is the plan recently approved by the Government of Vietnam in Resolution 101/NQ-CP on the simplification of administrative procedures, citizen documents related to population management under Scheme 896 administered by the Ministry of Construction.

To be specific: at the procedure for issuing new real estate brokerage practice certificates (CCHN), the Government of Vietnam resolves:

- To remove the certified copy of the ID card for Vietnamese citizens in Clause 2, Article 10 of Circular 11/2015/TT-BXD and add personal identification number information in the exam registration form;- To eliminate information fields on date of birth, place of birth, nationality (for Vietnamese citizens), ID card number (passport) of individuals registering for the real estate brokerage practice certificate exam in the application form according to Circular 11 and to supplement with the personal identification number.
