Priority Support for Women from Poor Households to Work Abroad

This is one of the important content in Circular 15/2017/TT-BTC on the management and use of non-business funds to implement the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction 2016 - 2020.

Support multiple expense items for workers from poor households, near-poor households, ethnic minorities, long-term residents in poor districts, and extremely difficult communes in coastal and island areas for short-term work abroad, especially prioritizing unemployed women in poor households.

To be specific:

- Costs for vocational training courses and foreign language training: 100% support;- Necessary knowledge training: Up to 530,000 VND/person/course;- Food and living expenses during the vocational training period: 40,000 VND/person/day and accommodation costs: 300,000 VND/person/month;- Travel expenses for workers from their residence to the training location: 200,000 - 300,000 VND/person/course;- Health examination costs: Up to 750,000 VND/person;- Passport issuance fees, laissez-passer, exit permits, and visa fees.

Circular 15/2017/TT-BTC effective from April 2, 2017.
