Principles of protection of agencies, organizations, and law enforcement officers in investigation, adjudication, and enforcement activities in Vietnam

The principles of protection of agencies, organizations, and law enforcement officers in investigation, adjudication, and enforcement activities in Vietnam are stipulated in Article 3 of Regulation 183-QD/TW of the year 2024, comprising:

- Proper implementation of the policies, resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Communist Party of Vietnam; adherence to the Constitution, legal regulations, and principles in the organization and operation of procedural bodies, and principles in conducting proceedings and executing judgments by agencies, organizations, and individuals performing official duties in procedural and judgment execution activities.

- Protection of agencies, organizations, and individuals performing official duties in procedural and judgment execution activities must be carried out promptly; linked with promoting the roles and responsibilities of the party committees, party organizations, and authorities within state agencies.

- Ensuring, protecting the equality before the law, human rights, citizen rights, and other legal rights and interests of individuals performing official duties in procedural and judgment execution activities according to the Communist Party of Vietnam's guidelines and the State's laws.

- Ensuring proactive prevention, prompt detection, and stringent handling of all acts violating, infringing upon, or threatening to infringe upon agencies, organizations, and individuals performing official duties in procedural and judgment execution activities.

- Individuals performing official duties in procedural and judgment execution activities are encouraged, protected according to the Communist Party of Vietnam's guidelines and the State's laws when proposing innovations, being dynamic, creative, daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility for the common interest.
