Principles of authorization to perform state management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones in Vietnam

Principles for authorizing the performance of State management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones are as follows:

- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of labor in industrial parks.

- Create favorable conditions for the production and business activities of enterprises in industrial parks.

- The authorization content is agreed upon by the authorizing agency and the authorized agency and must be consistent with the actual situation of the locality and the organization of the labor work apparatus of the Industrial Park Management Board.

Form and term of authorization to perform state management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones

Forms and terms of authorization to perform state management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones are as follows:

- Authorization must be made in writing. The authorization document is made in 04 (four) copies according to the form in Appendix I issued with Circular 17/2023/TT-BLDTBXH; Each party keeps 01 (one) copy; 01 (one) copy is sent to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (through the Department of Legal Affairs); 01 (one) copy is sent to the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.

- Authorization must have a definite term and be specifically stated in the authorization document.

Termination of authorization to perform state management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones ahead of schedule in Vietnam

Termination of authorization to perform State management tasks on labor in industrial parks and economic zones ahead of time is stipulated as follows:

- The authorizing agency has the right to terminate the authorization ahead of time when it finds that the authorized agency does not comply with the authorized content or is based on the actual situation and requirements of state management on local labor.

- Termination of authorization before the deadline must be notified in writing, clearly stating the reason, and sent to the authorized agency and relevant agencies.
