08 districts officially recognized as having escaped poverty include:

- Ba Be District, Bac Kan Province;- Tan Son District, Phu Tho Province;- Tan Uyen District, Lai Chau Province;- Than Uyen District, Lai Chau Province;- Huynh Nhai District, Son La Province;- Phu Yen District, Son La Province;- Nhu Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province;- Son Ha District, Quang Ngai Province.

Additionally, Decision 275 also issued an accompanying list of poor district groups, supplemental poor district groups, and support policies for each group of districts, specifically:

- Group 1: 56 poor districts currently receiving support under Resolution 30a/2008/NQ-CP;- Group 2: 29 supplemental poor districts including 04 districts already receiving support under Decision 615/QD-TTg and 25 districts already receiving support under Decision 293/QD-TTg.
