Prime Minister of Vietnam: To control the source of infection without prohibiting good circulation in the market

On June 5, 2021, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Dispatch 789/CD-TTg on the application of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic and economic development actual implementation of "dual goals".

According to the Official Dispatch, the Prime Minister of Vietnam requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province or city in Vietnam as follows:

Discuss and reach agreement with relevant localities to unify the application of measures in the management of transport activities in Vietnam (including transportation of passengers, workers, goods, production materials...).
Ensure control of the source of the disease, but do not ban good circulation in the market, do not cause congestion, or negatively affect production and business activities.
Implement medical isolation for the right people coming from epidemic areas.
Direct the implementation of mandatory medical declaration for all participants in the transport of goods, the transportation of supplies and equipment in service of epidemic prevention and control, production and business; workers in industrial parks, factories and enterprises in Vietnam.
Strictly sanction cases of non-declaration and untruthful declaration.
