Price List for Testing Services of Human-Use Drug Samples

The Ministry of Health promulgates Circular 35/2017/TT-BYT stipulating the pricing of drug sample testing services, raw materials for drug production, and drugs for human use at public healthcare facilities utilizing the State budget, with the following notes attached:

- The drug testing service fee for drug samples, drug materials, and drugs used for humans at the service providers does not include VAT of the service provision;- For prices regulated in foreign currencies, the foreign currency is converted to Vietnamese Dong according to the foreign currency buying exchange rate in the form of bank transfer at the main office of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the time of collecting the service fee;- When collecting drug testing service fees, the service provider uses the service invoice in accordance with the regulations in Decree 51/2010/ND-CP, Decree 04/2014/ND-CP, Circular 39/2014/TT-BTC.
