According to
Vietnam's Circular 13/2022/TT-BVHTTDL, the working positions in agencies, organizations, and units under the management of the Culture, Sports, and Tourism sector in the local government must periodically change in Vietnam, including:
- Evaluation of application dossiers for relic ranking based on competence.
- Evaluation of dossiers containing applications for urgent excavation permits
- Evaluation of dossiers of written approval requests for the organization of art performances, contests, and festivals of various types of performing arts, beauty contests, and modeling contests.
- Evaluation of dossiers for license applications to import cultural products for non-commercial purposes.
- Evaluation of an application for a decision on the classification of tourist accommodation establishments.
- Evaluation of the application for a written confirmation of the international beauty and model contest.
- Evaluation of project dossiers on the preservation, restoration, and restoration of relics at the provincial, national, and special national levels in accordance with the law in Vietnam.
- Submit for approval or agreement the construction of national monuments and special national monuments in protected area II.
The time limit for a periodical change of working position is from 3 to 5 years (excluding the probationary period of civil servants and public employees).
