Plan for training and refresher training for officials and public employees in the People's Procuracy Sector in Vietnam in 2021

The Chief Prosecutor of the Central Military Procuracy, Head of Units under the Supreme People's Procuracy, Chief Prosecutor of the High People's Procuracy, and Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy of Vietnam shall direct units to:

- Disseminate and thoroughly understand Plan 16/KH-VKSTC to officials and public employees in the unit for uniform and effective implementation.

- Prepare lists of registrations nominating officials and public employees to attend courses according to Plan 16/KH-VKSTC, and propose plans for organizing knowledge and professional skills training classes at localities. These lists should be sent to the Personnel Organization Department; simultaneously, send soft copies of these lists to the email address: phongquanlydaotaov15@gmail.com.

- Coordinate with training institutions to strengthen the inspection of compliance with the rules and regulations on training and fostering concerning officials and public employees nominated for the courses.

Note: Documents sent via email should clearly state the name of the unit and follow the format: Email subject: People’s Procuracy of province/city... Attachment filename: People’s Procuracy of province/city... Plan for organizing local classes/List of registered nominations for officials and public employees to participate in training courses in Vietnam in 2021.

According to Plan 16/KH-VKSTC, 27 training classes will be organized in 2021 at the Hanoi Prosecutor University and 29 classes at the Prosecutorial Professional Training School in Vietnam.
