The Office of the Government of Vietnam has just issued Notice 202/TB-VPCP to inform the conclusions of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam at the Conference on the resolution of mass, complex, and prolonged complaints and denunciations.
the solutions and tasks set out to address specific backlogs are as follows:
- First, increase inspection and supervision of responsibilities in the fields of planning, investment, and construction development;- Second, fully and objectively evaluate the implementation of the Land Law, identify shortcomings leading to complaints and accusations, and provide specific guidelines;- Third, propose solutions to facilitate and encourage citizens to file lawsuits against administrative decisions and actions in the People's Court;- Fourth, rectify and improve the effectiveness of citizen reception work, emphasizing the role and responsibility of the Chairman of the People's Committee;- Fifth, develop a specific Plan to resolve complex and prolonged mass complaint and accusation cases.
