Party fees for members who are in disadvantage situation to be adjusted in Vietnam

According to Vietnam's Resolution, the regulations and policies for staff working in the grassroots Party Committee office of Vietnam; allowances for party cadres, mass organizations, and party organizations under the grassroots party committee are adjusted as follows:

Policies to support the activities of grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas, religious areas, border areas, islands, and areas with special disavantages;

The level of party fee payment for party members with disavantages and the rate of party fee deduction for branch are in accordance with the new situation.

Implementing the policy that the party secretary is concurrently the chairman of the People's Council; the party secretary is concurrently the chairperson of the People's Committee of Vietnam where conditions permit;

The party cell secretary is concurrently the head of a village, hamlet, residential group or head of the front work committee; the party secretary is concurrently the head of the agency or unit in accordance with the requirements, tasks and practices in each locality, agency or unit.

Paying attention to building a contingent of cadres for the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, creating cadres for grassroots party committees, and continuing to increase the percentage of village heads, population groups, and front office leaders who are party members.
