This is the content of the plan of the Supreme People's Court according to Decision 151/QD-TANDTC on the implementation of the 2015 Criminal Code (BLHS 2015) as amended and supplemented by Law No. 12/2017/QH14 and Resolution 41/2017/QH14 in the People's Courts.

To disseminate and popularize the 2015 Penal Code, the Supreme People's Court issues the following implementation plan:

- Organize a nationwide online conference on the implementation and enforcement of the 2015 Penal Code and Resolution 41;- Organize intensive training conferences and other activities related to the organization and enforcement of the 2015 Penal Code and Resolution 41;- Compile and revise the curriculum and teaching materials of the Court Academy to comply with the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code; organize teaching and training on the 2015 Penal Code and Resolution 41.

The Court Academy is responsible for posting legal documents guiding the implementation of the 2015 Penal Code and Resolution 41 on the electronic information page of the Court Academy (or citing sources from the SPC's website).
