Organization of training and propagation to prevent social evils in schools in Vietnam

The Prime Minister issued Directive No. 08/CT-TTg dated June 1, 2022 on strengthening the implementation of building school culture. In particular, it is required to organize training and propaganda to prevent social evils in schools.

Specifically, in order to overcome the existing limitations in schools, the Prime Minister requests the Ministry of Public Security to perform the following tasks:

- Closely cooperate with education authorities and educational institutions in providing guidance on training, information exchange and propagation in order to:

+ Crime prevention and combat;

+ To prevent social evils in schools.

- Enhancing the assurance of security and social order in the vicinity of schools;

- Coordinate with the education sector in preventing, fighting and handling crimes and violations arising from school violence; and other violations related to pupils and students.

In addition, the Prime Minister of Vietnam also requests the Ministry of Information and Communications for implementation:

- To enhance the direction and state management of press agencies in the propagation and building of the learning culture;

- To widely spread fine values and criticize standard behaviors in morality and lifestyle;

- Controlling cultural publications for pupils and students with elements of violence, contrary to cultural traditions, fine customs and fine customs of the nation;

- Measures are taken to prevent malicious online information that negatively affect the school environment of pupils and students;...
