Order of appraisal of solar power generation price bracket in Vietnam

According to Vietnam's Circular 15/2022/TT-BCT, the order of appraisal of the solar power generation price bracket is as follows:

- Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier for calculation of the electricity generation price bracket specified in Article 11 of Vietnam's Circular 15/2022/TT-BCT, the Electricity Regulatory Authority is responsible for checking in detail the profile, completeness, and validity of the browser profile;
 
- In case the dossier is incomplete or invalid, the Electricity Regulatory Authority is responsible for sending a written request to the Electricity of Vietnam to supplement, amend, or clarify the contents in the submitted dossier. 

- Within 45 days from the date of receipt of a valid dossier of calculation of the electricity generation price bracket, the Electricity Regulatory Authority is responsible for appraising the electricity generation price bracket according to the prescribed method.
 
- In case of necessity, the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam organizes consultations with independent experts or collects opinions on the price bracket through the Advisory Council established under the decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.
 
The Advisory Council has a maximum of 9 members, including 1 chairman, 1 vice president, 1 secretary, and 1 representative of relevant units of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam with appropriate professional qualifications and deep knowledge in the field. power generation sector.
 
Vietnam's Circular 15/2022/TT-BCT takes effect from November 25, 2022.
