Operation regulations of the Judiciary Branch's Management Council of Vietnam

On June 21, 2022, the Minister of Justice of Vietnam issued Circular 04/2022/TT-BTP stipulating the guidelines for the Board of Management and the criteria and conditions for appointment and dismissal of members of the Management Board in public non-business units of the Judiciary branch.

According the Circular, the operation regulations of the Judiciary Branch's Management Council of Vietnam include:
- General regulations;
- Functions, duties, and powers of the Management Board,
- Number, structure, and term of office of the Management Board;
- Operational mechanism of the Management Board;
- Duties, powers, term of office of members of the Management Board; appointment, supplementation, replacement, dismissal and discipline of members of the Management Board,
- Work relations;
- Other regulations to ensure that the Management Board operates in accordance with the law in Vietnam.
The elaboration of the Operation Regulations of the Management Board of Vietnam must be sent to the appraising agency specified in Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular 04/2022/TT-BTP for consideration and submission to the competent authority to establish the Management Council prescribed in Article 4 of Circular 04/2022/TT-BTP for approval.
