Online information to be provided by Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam from November 15, 2023

According to the Circular, online information provided by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam shall include the contents prescribed in Clause 1 Article 4 of Decree No. 42/2022/ND-CP and the following ones:

- Directive, regulatory, and operational information of leaders of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam;

- Performance and result of public security operation. Contents of speeches and information provided for the press by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam or the person authorized to speak on behalf of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam regarding issues concerning public security operations concerned by public opinion;

- Information on cases and matters being investigated by investigation authorities or assigned authorities of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, information on cases and matters that Provincial Public Security Authorities deem necessary for the investigation and verification process, and information on the prevention and combat against crimes and violations of security and order laws;

- Answers to electors' suggestions provided by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam;

- Citizen reception schedule of leaders of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam;

- Information on combat against wrong, hostile views and misleading information on the CPV, State, and Public Security Authority and information on the protection of national security, assurance of social order and safety, and prevention and combat against crimes and violations of laws;

- Interpol news;

- Information on wanted suspects;

- Information on organizations and individuals related to terrorism and terrorist financing;

- Thematic information on criminal warning; guidelines on reports on crimes; development of the trend of "all people protect the Fatherland Security; law development; advanced examples, beautiful images, and examples of good people, good deeds, and courageous examples of officials and police conscripts and other thematic dissemination suitable for the actual operations;

- Information on online public services implemented by the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam;

- Other information decided by leaders of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam or the Chief Office of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam.
