Official: New list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works.

Promulgated together with Vietnam's Circular 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH is the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works applied from March 1, 2021.

Besides, when Circular 11 takes effect, the following documents will cease to be effective, for example:

Vietnam's Decision 1453/LDTBXH-QD on the provisional promulgation of the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works, and extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works;
Vietnam's Circular 36/2012/TT-BLDTBXH on the provisional promulgation of the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works, and extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works;

Vietnam's Circular 15/2016/TT-BLDTBXH on the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works, and extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works;
...

Note: The period during which an employee has performed the occupation or work on the lists enclosed with the abrogated decisions or circulars shall be also considered as the period for performing arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations or works or extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations or works.

Details of the new list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and works can be found in Vietnam's Circular 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, effective from March 1, 2021.
