Official implementation of the data management system for journey monitoring devices of drivers in Vietnam

The data management system for journey monitoring devices and driver image recording devices is a collection of journey monitoring device data systems, driver image recording devices, hardware, software, and transmission paths used to collect, manage, and utilize data gathered from journey monitoring devices and driver image recording devices.

In which, the data management system for journey monitoring devices and driver image recording devices is a collection of data transmitted from the journey monitoring device, the driver image recording devices to the service server and from the service server to the server of the Traffic Police Department.

The data management system for journey monitoring devices and driver image recording devices includes identification data, journey data, driver image data. To be specific:

- Identification data, including transportation business unit name, tax code, the name of the authority issuing the transportation business license, vehicle registration plate, the number of people the vehicle is authorized to carry or the permissible load for the vehicle participating in road traffic, type of business;

- Journey data, including vehicle registration plate, driver's license number, speed, time, coordinates, and these details are continuously updated;

- Driver image data, including vehicle registration plate, driver's license number, speed, time, coordinates, driver image, and these details are continuously updated.
