officials and public employees when denouncing, if falling under one of the following cases, depending on the nature and extent of the violation, will be subject to disciplinary measures or be prosecuted for criminal liability. To be specific:

- Knowing clearly that the denunciation is false but still denounce multiple times, or knowing the incident has been resolved by competent authorities in accordance with policies and laws but still continue to denounce multiple times without evidence to prove the denunciation's content;- Coercing, enticing, inciting, luring, or bribing others to make false denunciations;- Using someone else's name to denounce causing internal disunity or affecting the reputation and normal operations of an agency or organization unit.
