Notes on Transferring Imported Goods via Border Gates to My Dinh ICD Dry Port

According to Decision 38/2017/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, when transferring the checkpoint for imported goods (import) to conduct customs procedures (customs procedures) at My Dinh ICD Dry Port, Hanoi, please note the following:

- Imported goods must be goods classified under the List of Imported Goods required to undergo Customs Procedures at the import border gate attached to Decision 15/2017/QD-TTg, except for:- Aircraft, yachts; various types of gasoline; explosive precursors, industrial explosives according to the List of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- Scrap according to the List of the Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam.- The maximum transportation time of goods is 48 hours from the time the goods pass through the customs supervision area at the border gate;- The maximum storage time of goods at My Dinh ICD dry port to complete customs procedures is 30 days, counting from the time the goods arrive at My Dinh ICD dry port;- Goods that have been transferred from the border gate to My Dinh ICD dry port are not allowed to be further transferred to other locations for customs procedures.
