Nguyen Trinh

This is a new regulation under the Law on Denunciations 2018, issued on June 12, 2018.

The content of the accusation must clearly state the day, month, and year of the accusation; full name and address of the accuser; means of contacting the accuser; the legal violation behavior being accused; the accused person, and other relevant information.

However, it is still processed in cases where the information contains conformable accusations with:

- Clear content about the person committing legal violations;- Specific documents and evidence about the legal violation behavior;- Basis for review and verification.

More details can be found in Law on Accusations 2018 effective from January 1, 2019.
