The Central Executive Committee has just issued Regulation 01-QDi/TW on the responsibilities and authorities of the Inspection Commission in anti-corruption work.

The regulation emphasizes that one of the principles of anti-corruption is not to exclude Communist Party members at any position. Any Communist Party member showing signs of corruption must be examined, clarified, and strictly handled, with no "restricted zones."

Additionally, the Regulation specifies the authority of the Inspection Committee when detecting acts showing signs of corruption as follows:

- To suspend from Executive Committee activities, party activities; to propose the Executive Committee to suspend or request suspension of positions or temporarily suspend the work of officials and party members showing signs of violations;- To request party members not to leave the country; when necessary, to propose the competent authority to temporarily postpone the exit of party members showing signs of violations and signs of fleeing;- To request to maintain the current state of assets;- To seal related documents.
