No Need to Register an Account When Transacting Through the State Treasury Public Service

On December 15, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 133/2017/TT-BTC stipulating electronic transactions in the professional activities of the State Treasury (ST).

when there is a need to conduct transactions on the State Treasury Public Service Portal, it is not required to follow the procedures for opening an account as before; instead, entities must follow these steps:

- Enter and send the notification information to participate in using the online public service system to the State Treasury through the State Treasury's Public Service Portal (according to forms TK01 and TK01-PL issued with Circular 133);- The notification to participate in using the entity's online public service system must be digitally signed by the account holder (or authorized person) before being sent.

Within 01 day, from the date of receiving the notification, the State Treasury shall review and process; if the check is appropriate, the State Treasury will send an acceptance notification along with a notification about the login account to the trading entity.

Circular 133/2017/TT-BTC takes effect from February 01, 2018.
