- Possess forecasting and developmental orientation capabilities; have the ability to advise and propose management solutions, and handle conflicts related to professional matters;- Have the capability to utilize individuals who are virtuous and talented; able to unite officials and public employees, and workers within the agency to accomplish tasks;- Have 05 years or more of work experience in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position in the assigned specialized field from the department-level head or equivalent and above;- Be planned for the position of Director of the Department or equivalent and above.
