Accordingly, the sanctioning form of deprivation of the right to use licenses or practice certificates with a definite term for administrative violations must be based on the following grounds:
- Directly violate the activities specified in the license or practice certificate;
- Violation of a nature and seriousness that infringes upon the order of state administrative management.
There is no regulation on deprivation of the right to use licenses or practice certificates with a definite term in cases where there are legal provisions on revocation of licenses and practice certificates (New content).
In addition, Decree 118/2021 also stipulates the grounds for partial suspension of operations for a definite period for administrative violations of production, business and service establishments that, as prescribed by law, must be suspended. have a license.
At the same time, it is clearly stated that there is no regulation on suspension of operation for a definite time for production, business and service establishments that, according to law, must obtain permits in case there are legal provisions on revocation of licenses. permission. (New content)
