Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issued Official Dispatch 1196/LDTBXH-ATLD regarding the support for occupational safety and hygiene training in 2019.
The Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) provides guidance to the Departments of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally-run cities on the implementation of the contents regarding the management costs of occupational accident and disease insurance as follows:
- Expenses for propaganda and dissemination of laws and policies on occupational accident and disease insurance: The content and spending levels are in accordance with regulations on the management, use, and final settlement of funds for the dissemination and education of laws;- Expenses for training and professional development: Implemented according to the legal provisions on policies for work trip expenses and conferences with state agencies and public service providers;- Expenses to serve inspection, supervision, audit work, and coordination activities;- Expenses to support management work of participants and beneficiaries of occupational accident and disease insurance: Printing, forms, notifications, etc.
Since the above contents are new regulations, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs proposes to the Ministry of Finance to temporarily estimate a budget of VND 210 million per Department of Labour, War Invalids, and Social Affairs for the above-mentioned expenses.
