Benefits for workers in enterprises directly serving national defense and security

Specifically, benefits for workers in an enterprise directly serving national defense and security are as follows:

- The salary of workers who are commissioned officers, professional soldiers, national defense workers, national defense public employees, non-commissioned officers, public security workers, and cipher officers shall be determined in accordance with regulations on benefits and policies of the law for the mentioned persons and according to the enterprise's productivity and annual results of the business production.

- During national or identified as a revolutionary contributor according to preferential laws on revolutionary contributors. Workers who suffer from occupational accidents defense and security tasks, if an eligible worker gets injured or dies, he/she will be considered shall be considered for grant of occupational accident benefits as prescribed by labor laws.

- The State Shall:

+ Allocate funding to ensure salary payment and social insurance contribution for commissioned officers, professional soldiers, national defense workers, national defense public employees, non-commissioned officers, public security workers, and cipher officers who are preparing for retirement; pay expenditures on demobilization and resignation according to current laws;

+ Provide salary support for permanent workers in lines of production and repair of national defense and security products during their operational suspension according to plans or tasks assigned and ordered directly by the Ministry of National Defense and Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam or via their affiliates.
